Curated photographs of moments with not many places to go but here. My favourites, photographs of moments that I frequently go back to, photographs that are significant or impactful for reasons that need time and concentration to unpack, here and there.

20240808, 12:09. Sapporo Art Park. Goodness, there's just something about the green of leaves during the peak of Japanese summers.
20221103, 16:54. Santorini, Greece.

We stopped by Kamari beach towards the end of our island tour around Santorini. It was nearing sunset, and it was desolate and peaceful during Santorini's low season. The moon, the mid-air plane, the water, the sky, the tree, all of these things were in a single perfect frame.

20220704, 19:04. Kamakura, Japan.
20190625, 15:26. Sapporo, Japan. I love this city, it’s always good to be back.
20190329, 09:36. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The best kind of breakfast. It’s deliciously satisfying, it’s cheap, it tastes like nostalgia. I crave this in the morning and late at night. Nothing can beat eating thosai and drinking teh tarik at a mamak store.
20181205, 18:42. Jeju Island, South Korea. I often think about this spicy braised cutlassfish with daikon, spicy with a fiery addictiveness, the perfect kind of dish to have with a bowl of hot white rice. The owners were in the middle of a nap when we came in, we had the whole place to ourselves and on top of getting legit home cooked Korean food, they even gave us the soybean soup on the house. Honestly one of the best meals I had in Korea.

20171219, 13:15. Kaua’i, Hawaii. Still thinking about this meal. Fish tacos with rice and beans, shrimp tacos and waffles with Hawaiian fruit and maple syrup.

20171215, 17:55. Honolulu, Hawaii. Sunset swims at Waikiki Beach.
